Azeez Al-Shaair wore eye black reading 'Wafaa Akila,' an eight year old Palestinian girl killed with her father in an Israeli drone strike on September 6, during the Texans' game against the Bengals on September 21. This came one week after the NFL fined him $11,941 for wearing the name of Hind Rajab during a game against the Buffalo Bills, and Al-Shaair has continued the practice despite that penalty.
